Pavilion & Basketball Court

This concept drawing shows our pavilion and parking lot that will double as a basketball court on one side.  Fishing will be permitted on our 2.29 acre retention pond.  Our pavilion will have large overhanging areas to offer shade to those playing basketball.  Underneath the pavilion's overhang will be a built-in outdoor kitchen complete with gas grill so you can watch your children play while you cook your favorite BBQ. Inside will be a large countertop with sink and full sized refrigerator.  Plan to have your family gatherings or birthday parties here!


The pool is no longer being offered so that we could provide lots at a lower price point.
